Import a Schedule+ file
- If you keep your Microsoft Schedule+ data only on a server, and do not keep a copy on your hard disk, create a copy of the Schedule+ file on your hard disk.
How?
- Start Schedule+ 7.x.
- On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Synchronize tab.
- Click Work primarily from local file, and then click OK.
- Type a name for the Schedule+ file in the File name box.
- On the File menu, click Import and Export.
- In the Import and Export Wizard, click Import from another program or file, and then click Next.
- In the Select file type to import from box, select the appropriate version of Schedule+, and then click Next.
- Follow the instructions on your screen.
Notes
- Microsoft Outlook also supports importing Schedule+ information in a Schedule+ Interchange (.sc2) format.
- Tasks with a priority level that are imported into Outlook from Schedule+ are mapped as follows: 1 = high; 5 = low; everything else = normal. So if you have a task with a priority level of 9 in Schedule+, the priority level in Outlook will be normal, not low.
